We will assist you in finding your residence based on your key preferences - and we will support you with a safe and professional implementation process.
Step #1
Initial process:
We invite you for a physical and/or teams meeting to identify your needs and requirements, such as;

Location
Size
Type of residence (apartment, farmhouse, villa etc.)
Condition of the residence (ready to move inn or to renovate)

Step #2
Based on your requirements, we will source for suiteable properties:
Present, and go through a long list of properties together with you
Based on the property selection, we will conduct a pre-inspection for quality control, and forward you a brief summary of the properties
Step #3
Viewing of the actual properties:
We will plan and coordinate all practicalities for viewings of the selected properties
The viewings will be done together, with you, the landlords broker and us
Thereafter, we will do a summary meeting to clearify the next steps
Step #4
Preparing for bidding:
We will coordinate all the necessary quality check ups (technical & legal) with the surveyor (geometra)
Advise for the bidding prosess and price expectations
Follow up with the landlords broker throughout the bidding prosess until final agreement of the commercial terms
Step #5
Contract and handover:
We will accompany you in the contract meeting together with the lawyer (notarius) and the translater
…. and finally it’s time for handover and you are now the owner of your dream residence in Tuscany
Step #6
Post takeover:
If you wish, we can also fasilitate and organize housekeeping services, pool service, gardening services, renovations etc.
